Animal-Assisted Therapy

There has been proven to be real benefits for special needs children by using animal-assisted therapy. With animals being non-verbal, they rely upon body language to communicate and it has been found that children with low verbal capabilities will quickly learn to 'read' this body language and form a strong bond with the animal. The interaction and relationship between people and animals has also been shown to reduce stress and promote well being; augment socialization; encourage nurturance and responsibility and improve self esteem and confidence.

You were a truly brilliant person to have at our son's party. We had not expected anything less after seeing you before and you certainly lived up to it. I have been inundated with messages saying how amazing an experience it was.
